Led a team of 10 delivering regional SAP projects: 9% GST upgrade, ATP→AATP, S/4HANA 2021 technical upgrade, Fiori + RFID apps. Provided functional support to a $3.5M AMS project, governed solution designs, and improved support efficiency by 40%.
2021 – 2022
SAP Consultant, APAC – Local Consulting Firm
Greenfield S/4HANA implementations (SD/MM/WM) for pharma and manufacturing clients. Led workshops, data migration (zero integrity issues), SIT/UAT, hypercare. Created 20+ BPMN models across 15 stakeholder workshops.
2017 – 2018
SAP Manager – Semiconductor Company
Led multi-million-dollar SAP Concur rollout across SG, MY and Netherlands; onboarded over 100 users in the first year. Built Power BI dashboards tracking hundreds of thousands in T&E spend; presented insights to APAC senior leadership. Significant ROI within two years.
